We will begin with an email chat/call or if you are local, a coffee. Once we've had that initial discussion about details, I’ll send you a Project Proposal to be approved.
You'll then receive our design contract to sign, followed by a 50% non-refundable invoice due before any work commences to book and hold your design spot.

We start our project by gathering information. You complete our Design Brief Questionnaire with details about your business, your audience and your vision/mission and creative inspiration.

With our Design Brief decided we move into our creative direction stage where we decide on colours and brand imagery to support our overall vision for your brand.

Our favourite part! Using your brief as a guide, we create concepts and draft out designs. We have refinement/feedback rounds to make sure that you love your design.

Sign off on final designs, all your completed files are sent to you and while that’s a wrap on our project, we are always here for you. It’s time to launch your new brand or website and we are with you 100%.
