We will specify the project length in our proposal. Full branding projects usually take around 1-2 months and website builds around the same time.

All of our project payments are split into two halves. 50% of the project total is paid before we begin and the final 50% is paid after completion of the project and you have approved all the final designs. Payments are made via Direct Deposit.

We accept payment via bank direct deposit. Payment details will be sent to you in our invoice.

Most of the communication will be done via Zoom and email. On most occasions when we present concepts to you we do this via face to face meetings.

We sometimes can offer an expediated process. Please contact us with details about your deadlines and project requirements to get a personal quoted offer.

It is possible to cancel the project in the middle, but unfortunately we cannot refund the payments for already finished work.

We’ve set up the whole design process so we only start the refinement process once we are on the same page regarding strategy and the direction to take, so you’ll also get to give feedback on the initial concepts. What this means is that once we’ve finished the final design, there’s rarely any need for revisions, since you’ve already approved the designs in the concepting phase. TL:DR - Yes we do!

It's never happened, but if it does, we’ll arrange a meeting and go over the initial brief together and see how we can better hit the initial goals that we set.

Yes we can! We love helping businesses discover their new names and it is something that we can discuss in our initial call and add it into the scope of the project.

As any good designer will tell you, a brand is not just a logo. And while a big part of your branding is the visual element of your logo design, it is also the understanding of the personality, voice and tone that works with the visual branding to communicate your story and brand ethos to your dream clients. Believe us when we say it pays to go a little deeper than just a logo.

Once you have completed our Design Brief we begin crafting colour palette and moodboard options that we feel best suit your brand and personality. A moodboard is a tool we use to support the colour palette and bring a visual element in to help you picture that your brand mind look like IRL.

At the end of each branding project when we handover your logo files we add your brand guide. This is a mini brand bible in the form of a PDF doc which outlines how, when and where to use your logo correctly. It shows all of your brand colours (with their colour codes) and the typography that has been used to create your brand. This helps you maintain consistency across all platforms as you launch your brand.

Yes we can design all of your branding collateral i.e. business cards, flyers, letterheads etc
Once we have completed your logo design we usually move onto the branding collateral, to try and keep your brand design cohesive. -
No, we don't provide a printing option but we are happy to work with you to find a local printing service.

I choose to use Squarespace for small businesses because it offers an all-in-one platform that is user-friendly, visually stunning, and flexible. Squarespace allows me to create beautiful websites that reflect the unique brand identity of each business. Additionally, its built-in features like SEO tools, e-commerce integration, and mobile optimization make it an ideal solution for small businesses looking to establish a strong online presence quickly and efficiently.

While I have designed beautiful websites on Wix and WP, my focus is on Squarespace as I believe it is the best solution for small business, with great creative scope as a designer.

The short answer is yes you do! We book a design spot to start your project so it is really important that we have all of your content and imagery before this date. If we don't then it will push back the start date of your project.

Yes, of course! We can help with copywriting for any pages on your site that you might find difficult. This is something that we can discuss in our initial meeting and we will add it to the scope of your project.

No, we find that it is easier for you to retain ownership of these entities. For hosting, you will need to purchase a Squarespace hosting plan (we always recommend the Business Plan) separately. This is something we go through with you when you are ready to launch your site.
For domains, you will need to purchase your own domain name and provide us with the permissions to access the account (if you do not purchase your domain through Squarespace). We do recommend GoDaddy, it's affordable and also integrates well with Squarespace.
Although we design beautiful websites, we don't control servers and Auguste Studio cannot be held responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site from your hosting or domain provider.

This has never happened! But we want you to be totally in love with your new website so if this did happen we would revisit the Design Brief and work together to refine your website based on the initial design scope.

While we aren't photographers, we know some good ones and we can put you in contact with people we have worked with before. We are also available to assist with Art Direction of your shoot to ensure that you are creating images which are completely on brand.

Included in all our website packages is basic SEO set up to optimise your website. If you require additional, specific or on going SEO services we would recommend getting in touch with an SEO expert who can give you specialist help.

Yes we can look at different packages to maintain your site on a weekly, monthly or quarterly timeframe. If you have information to update regularly but are short of time this may be a great option for you!
